About the role

  • Support the management of cooperatives' financial planning processes, ensuring governance and consistency.
  • Develop tools and support materials for planners, promoting best practices.
  • Perform detailed financial analyses (Income Statement/P&L, product lines, segments, actual vs. budget).
  • Prepare executive presentations for different leadership levels, using clear and concise storytelling.
  • Design and deliver training on planning tools and processes.
  • Validate information, projections and management results, ensuring data quality and reliability.
  • Prepare financial and product projections for planning and forecasting.
  • Support routines to ensure governance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Financial analysis focused on identifying variances and distortions, with critical interpretation of figures.
  • Descriptive statistics with the ability to apply basic concepts to data and trend analysis.
  • Develop methods and processes for scenario building (forecasting).
  • Knowledge of accounting principles in financial institutions.
  • Advanced Excel and presentation tools.
  • Desired: SQL, Python, planning tools (e.g., Oracle EPM).
  • Familiarity with automation and artificial intelligence applied to financial processes.
  • Understand the business and its financial impacts.
  • Translate complex analyses into simple, visual messages.
  • Clear communication, ability to influence and collaborate to drive results.
  • Analytical capability to interpret results and understand business impacts.
  • Act as a strategic partner to business areas.
