About the role

  • Develop and maintain metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports related to credit approval and collateral.
  • Understand and propose credit strategies to be used by the cooperatives.
  • Monitor new credit originations and the maturation of the loan portfolio.
  • Produce studies and new proposals on credit approval and collateral, understanding member profiles, products, and stages of the credit cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams, supporting analyses and new data-driven perspectives.
  • Assist cooperatives and provide advisory services on credit approval and collateral strategies.

Requirements

  • Preferably a degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics, or related areas.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize, and effective communication.
  • Experience in Credit and Financial Markets.
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, and R.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Databricks, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs/indicators, and developing ad-hoc studies.
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
