About the role

  • Act as the focal point for AI, supporting business areas in evaluating, recommending, and adopting advanced solutions.
  • Translate business needs into AI application opportunities, guiding data scientists and engineers in prioritizing use cases.
  • Evaluate architectures and approaches for generative AI (GenAI), RAG, LLMs, autonomous agents, and other solutions, ensuring alignment with market best practices.
  • Recommend appropriate frameworks, tools, and databases, taking into account security, scalability, and governance.
  • Propose and monitor quality and cost metrics to ensure efficiency, performance, and accuracy of solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law), internal standards, and policies, advising on access controls, anonymization, and algorithmic impact assessments.
  • Promote efficient use of solutions already available at Sicredi, disseminating best practices and fostering team engagement.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and business areas for strategic AI adoption.
  • Monitor and bring AI trends relevant to Sicredi, keeping the organization aligned with market innovations.
  • Represent the Central in strategic AI forums, contributing to governance agendas, training, solution reuse, and regional adoption metrics.
  • AI Solution Development: Design, implement, and operate end-to-end agents and RAG solutions — define objectives/prompts, curate and index knowledge, integrate with systems, configure environments/access, apply security/governance, test and monitor, deploy and operationalize, train users/drive adoption, optimize cost/performance, and maintain documentation/incidents, using platforms such as Copilot Studio, Playground, Databricks, Azure APIs, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree in AI, Big Data, or related areas (plus).
  • Solid experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, autonomous agents, prompt engineering, and model integration.
  • Previous experience with Deep Learning, Neural Networks, N8N, and API usage.
  • Advanced Python.
  • Experience with Databricks is desirable.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP), security, IAM, networking, and storage.
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend technical solutions without directly performing development or data engineering.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
