About the role

  • Conduct studies and define business requirements related to Credit Pricing.
  • Actively participate in the area’s strategic projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to advance Credit Pricing.
  • Automate processes to achieve greater operational efficiency.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to optimize credit pricing.
  • Critically analyze and propose improvements to processes.
  • Lead training and capacity-building sessions for branches and cooperatives.
  • Monitor the quality of business activities and key performance indicators for Credit Pricing.
  • Support the preparation and updating of external regulations and the management of the risk matrix.

Requirements

  • Experience in the financial sector or with cooperative systems.
  • Systemic and process-oriented view aimed at business and product evolution.
  • Highly effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities.
  • Solid knowledge of the credit pricing cycle.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools – advanced Excel, Power BI, and advanced PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL / SAS / Databricks).
