About the role

  • Conduct business studies and define business requirements focused on Credit Granting
  • Actively participate in the area’s strategic projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to evolve Credit Granting
  • Automate processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Identify risks and opportunities to optimize credit granting
  • Perform critical analysis and propose process improvements
  • Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for central units and cooperatives
  • Monitor the quality of transactions and the main performance indicators for Credit Granting
  • Support the preparation and updating of external regulations and manage the risk matrix

Requirements

  • Experience in the financial sector or prior experience with cooperative systems
  • Systemic and process-oriented perspective to drive business and product evolution
  • Highly effective communication with different audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and conflict management abilities
  • Deep knowledge of the credit granting cycle
  • Experience with tools for data analysis and presentation – advanced Excel, Power BI and advanced PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of data analysis (SQL / SAS / DATABRICKS)
