About the role

  • Ability to lead the team in building the product;
  • Capacity to develop the product vision;
  • Mastery of the roadmap and the courage to prioritize;
  • Negotiate dependencies, synergies, and delivery expectations with areas and stakeholders;
  • Define and monitor the metrics of deployed solutions;
  • Strong attention to user experience;
  • Conduct market analyses, considering user behavior and journey;
  • Knowledge of agile practices, ceremonies, and supporting tools;
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking;
  • Collaborative product conception with different technical and business teams;
  • Track and manage development projects together with the team.

Requirements

  • Experience developing products in agile teams;
  • Experience in the financial sector or previous work with cooperative systems;
  • Systemic and process-oriented view aimed at product evolution;
  • High effectiveness in communication with different audiences;
  • Ease in interpersonal relationships and conflict management;
  • Previous experience as a Product Owner is desirable.
