About the role

  • Perform budget monitoring and monthly cost calculations for the Confederation's shared services;
  • Execute accounting processes and administrative routines; collaborate with business areas on cost allocation for activities and services;
  • Respond to ad hoc management requests for scenario development, analyses, and explanations;
  • Support the team in mapping alternatives and controlling monthly variances of the area's key metrics;
  • Develop analyses and reports to support decision-making;
  • Propose and implement improvements to routine processes through automation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Management, or related areas is a plus;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of management indicators and reporting;
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion/EPM;
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
