About the role

  • Manage the budget monitoring process and perform monthly cost assessment for the Confederation's shared services;
  • Execute accounting processes and administrative routines; liaise with other departments regarding cost allocation to activities and services;
  • Respond to ad-hoc management requests for scenario development, analyses and explanations;
  • Support the team in mapping alternatives and controlling monthly variances of the key figures processed by the area;
  • Develop analyses and information to support decision-making;
  • Propose and implement improvements to routine processes through automation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Management or related subjects is a plus;
  • Advanced Excel;
  • Knowledge of management metrics and managerial reporting;
  • Experience with SAP and Hyperion/EPM;
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus.
