About the role

  • LinkedIn Content Management:
  • - Monitor the social network, identifying trends, insights, and innovations;
  • - Carry out engagement actions, respond and regularly check inbox messages, providing appropriate direction on a case-by-case basis;
  • - Identify engagement opportunities on other profiles/posts to amplify the algorithm in favor of the brand's corporate reputation;
  • - Create strategy, editorial calendar, and content for posts, videos, articles, or LinkedIn cards;
  • - Monitor LinkedIn performance metrics.
  • Corporate content for external audiences:
  • - Produce supporting materials for executives' presentations, speeches, and talks at external reputation-focused events (with support from the Press Office).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Communication (major in Journalism or Advertising);
  • More than 10 years of experience in the field;
  • Knowledge of social media, especially LinkedIn;
  • Excellent writing skills — both grammatical and creative;
  • Previous experience in corporate communications or press relations;
  • Analytical ability to interpret content results and apply strategic adjustments;
  • Knowledge of the financial sector and/or cooperative institutions is desirable;
  • Advanced English proficiency is desirable;
