About the role

  • Develop credit recovery models, considering the various customer segments, strategies and products of Sicredi;
  • Implement, together with the technology team, the models developed by the credit recovery team;
  • Review, recalculate and calibrate models when appropriate;
  • Produce studies and propose new initiatives on credit recovery topics, understanding members’ profiles, products and stages of the credit cycle;
  • Work closely with different product teams, supporting analysis and providing new data-driven insights;
  • Interact with the various roles in the data process (analysts, engineers, data scientists and business analysts);
  • Maintain the necessary documentation for your deliverables;
  • Continuously evolve and expand technical skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Accounting and Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, Economics or related areas;
  • Experience with statistical modeling applied to the credit market;
  • Strong writing, summarization and communication skills;
  • Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, Spark, SQL and SAS;
  • Hands-on experience in data analysis, monitoring KPIs and conducting ad-hoc studies;
  • Knowledge and practical experience in the credit market;
  • Intermediate English is desirable.
