About the role

  • Annual planning (strategy, priorities, audience-specific planning);
  • Tactical plan for monthly communication activities based on prioritized audiences;
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities to strengthen relationships with prioritized audiences;
  • Recommend the institutional engagement calendar (internal and external) regarding commemorative dates, celebrations, awards, achievements, notable events, and anniversaries of strategic audiences;
  • Support institutional representation events and activities (internal and external);
  • Develop key messages and speeches for internal and external use;
  • Prepare corporate presentations and other institutional materials to ensure consistency in Sicredi’s messaging and image with stakeholders;
  • Provide consulting and support on communication-related matters;
  • Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of actions;
  • Support preparation and follow-up for interviews, stakeholder meetings, and development of key messages for the press;
  • Prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism (Social Communication) or Business Administration;
  • Experience in communication planning and media relations/press office;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Analytical ability to assess results and adjust strategies accordingly;
  • Knowledge of the financial sector and/or cooperative institutions is desirable;
  • Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
