About the role

  • Provide advisory support to cooperatives and the Central South/Southeast on core compliance topics
  • Understand the business needs and our cooperative system
  • Observe systemic guidelines and interact with the Compliance area and other related departments
  • Analyze and assess risks, contributing to the institution's compliance and integrity
  • Deliver training as required.

Requirements

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; compliance; risk management; investigations; organizational culture
  • Preferred: Specialization/postgraduate degree in Law, Business Management, or Risk Management. Experience in compliance and integrity programs; knowledge of credit cooperativism; business acumen; familiarity with artificial intelligence
  • Competencies: Good communication; strong writing skills; ethics and integrity; collaboration; systemic thinking; proactivity; innovation; empathy; teamwork; emotional intelligence; flexibility; autonomy with responsibility.
