About the role

  • Annual planning (strategy, priorities, audience-specific planning);
  • Tactical plan for monthly communication activities based on prioritized audiences;
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities to strengthen relationships with prioritized audiences;
  • Recommend the institutional engagement calendar — internal and external — regarding commemorative dates, celebrations, awards, achievements, relevant events, and anniversaries of strategic audiences;
  • Support events and institutional representation activities (internal and external);
  • Develop key messages and speeches for internal and external use;
  • Prepare corporate presentations and other institutional materials to ensure consistency in Sicredi’s messaging and image with stakeholders;
  • Provide consultancy and support on communication-related matters;
  • Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives;
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of interviews, stakeholder meetings, and the development of key messages for the press;
  • Prepare reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Social Communication, or Business Administration;
  • Knowledge of communication planning and press office/public relations;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Analytical ability to review results and implement strategic adjustments;
  • Desirable: knowledge of the financial sector and/or cooperative institutions;
  • Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
