About the role

  • Press Relations
  • - Lead the press relations team in coordination with internal areas to:
  • - Draft press releases, Q&A documents, and media briefings.
  • - Prepare and accompany executives for interviews.
  • - Analyze results and executives' media performance.
  • - Develop strategies for proactive coverage in national media outlets.
  • - Support cooperatives and central offices in producing materials for regional and local press.
  • Spokesperson Support
  • - Analyze and recommend events, speaking engagements, and awards.
  • - Support executive directors in representing the Sicredi brand at internal and external events.
  • Branded Content
  • - Develop briefings and research case studies.
  • - Oversee and approve branded materials with internal teams and media partners.
  • Reporting and Analysis
  • - Review media monitoring dashboards with an external provider.
  • - Evaluate results and propose new approaches to meet goals.
  • Project Management
  • - Organize and execute special projects.
  • - Manage stakeholders, monitor outcomes, and prepare reports with insights and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Communication (major in Journalism);
  • Knowledge of communication planning and media/press relations;
  • Excellent writing skills;
  • Analytical ability to evaluate results and implement strategic adjustments;
  • Preferred: knowledge of the financial sector and/or cooperative institutions;
  • Advanced English level is a plus;
