About the role

  • Identify training needs across all entities in the system, with a focus on cooperatives, related to credit risk, regulations, and risk systems.
  • Plan, develop and deliver in-person and online training, tailoring content to the audience and their level of technical maturity.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, learning indicators and practical application.
  • Develop technical and operational materials to support autonomous operations by cooperatives, including: practical guides, operational manuals, FAQs, explanatory videos and presentations.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations and executive materials for forums, ensuring focused and high-quality discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Communications and/or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Comfort working in regulatory environments and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical capacity and logical reasoning.
  • Organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience delivering in-person and online training.
  • Experience producing executive materials, manuals, FAQs and explanatory videos.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Programming knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in the cooperative system is a plus.
