About the role

  • Experience in Credit Risk;
  • Experience making decisions and prioritizing a backlog;
  • Previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
  • Translate technical and operational requests into clear requirements for technology teams and internal partners;
  • Detail functional requirements and business rules for closing tools, considering system-wide impact, urgency, and technical feasibility;
  • Monitor sprints, homologations (UAT) and deliveries, ensuring alignment between technical teams, product, users, and leadership;
  • Ensure that closing tools are updated to comply with regulatory standards, internal guidelines, and current accounting rules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities;
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with frameworks including backlog management, refinement, sprint planning, and requirements preparation;
  • Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to identify issues and make agile, well-founded decisions;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with other teams and leadership;
  • Organizational and time-management skills;
  • Resilience and adaptability.
