About the role
- Experience in Credit Risk;
- Experience making decisions and prioritizing a backlog;
- Previous experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
- Translate technical and operational requests into clear requirements for technology teams and internal partners;
- Detail functional requirements and business rules for closing tools, considering system-wide impact, urgency, and technical feasibility;
- Monitor sprints, homologations (UAT) and deliveries, ensuring alignment between technical teams, product, users, and leadership;
- Ensure that closing tools are updated to comply with regulatory standards, internal guidelines, and current accounting rules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities;
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
- Familiarity with frameworks including backlog management, refinement, sprint planning, and requirements preparation;
- Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to identify issues and make agile, well-founded decisions;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with other teams and leadership;
- Organizational and time-management skills;
- Resilience and adaptability.
