About the role

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the business area you are part of, identifying implementable opportunities;
  • Document business requirements using user stories;
  • Conduct impact analyses and stakeholder mapping for change initiatives;
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including communication, engagement and training;
  • Lead alignment meetings across departments, acting as a liaison between the business, technology and other internal areas;
  • Support identification, mapping and control of risks and define mitigation strategies;
  • Understand and participate in the refinement process of product/project initiatives;
  • Ensure that deliveries are aligned with strategic objectives and established deadlines;
  • Produce management reports and executive materials to monitor initiatives;
  • Know and apply roadmap development techniques and assist with prioritization;
  • Have experience managing projects with multiple vendors;
  • Have experience with agile software development methodologies;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields;
  • Experience in project management, data analysis and KPIs/metrics;
  • Knowledge of data;
  • Availability to work 3 days in-office and 2 days remote.
