About the role

  • Collaborate with other teams, taking into account the expected outcomes for the segment;
  • Support cadence processes to ensure value delivery aligned with the agro segment strategy;
  • Support governance and act as a liaison with areas that develop solutions for the Agro segment, ensuring integration and synergy;
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support tactical and operational strategic discussions;
  • Conduct analyses and develop data-driven recommendations to support the implementation of strategies;

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships;
  • Strategic vision and analytical capability to support data-driven decisions;
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Solid experience in data analysis, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and managing results;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Knowledge of the Agro sector and its market dynamics is desirable;
