About the role

  • Serve members and cooperatives with excellence through channels such as phone and chat for inquiries related to payment products, collections and acceptance.
  • Log, track and ensure the resolution of tickets with empathy, a strong sense of responsibility and a focus on completing processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on user feedback, contributing to the enhancement of the customer experience.
  • Work in partnership with different areas of Sicredi to ensure an integrated and efficient journey for members.
