About the role

  • Conduct advanced financial analyses, including valuation, financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and scenario projections.
  • Conduct capital raising studies, analyze capital structure, and support long-term planning.
  • Develop and monitor financial KPIs and business performance indicators.
  • Support M&A processes, due diligence, and post-acquisition financial integration.
  • Prepare management reports for executive management and boards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic perspective.
  • Assess financial risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Participate in the annual budget, forecasting, and periodic reviews.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure consistency of financial figures and alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Monitor market developments, macroeconomic fluctuations, and financial trends that impact the business.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Strong experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, or related areas;
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and economic-financial feasibility analyses;
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling tools;
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision;
  • Experience preparing executive reports and financial presentations;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Porto Alegre, RS.
