About the role

  • Profitability analysis: conduct pricing studies and identify opportunities, assessing financial impacts
  • Business metrics monitoring: track performance, including metrics such as churn, transaction volume, and contribution margin
  • Bottleneck identification: analyze processes related to pricing and profitability, proposing improvements to products and operations
  • Support to Cooperatives: act as a technical point of reference to clarify questions about profitability and pricing strategies

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and querying data in BI platforms
  • Strong data analysis and data processing skills
  • Ability to see Sicredi as an integrated organization
  • Effective communication to lead discussions with Cooperatives
  • Flexibility and resilience to deal with constant change
  • Ability to analyze scenarios and develop strategies to improve profitability and scale the business
