About the role
- Lead the definition of product vision, strategy, roadmap and product journeys, with a focus on efficiency, member experience and employee experience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Technology, Agile, UX/UI, Data, Cooperatives and Business), fostering co-creation and the continuous delivery of value.
- Research the market, trends and opportunities related to retail (individual) financial products.
- Use data and insights to support decision-making, prioritize initiatives and measure the impact of deliveries.
- Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, in partnership with Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.
- Promote a product mindset within the tribe, encouraging best practices in discovery, experimentation and continuous validation.
- Represent the voice of the member and the cooperatives in product decisions, always aligned with the purpose of cooperativism.
Requirements
- Experience in a Product Manager (PM) role or as a Product Management Analyst.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and product management frameworks (OKRs, Product Discovery, Design Thinking).
- Knowledge of financial products for individuals.
- Analytical ability to interpret data, define success metrics (KPIs) and make evidence-based decisions.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to work with diverse stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
- Experience working in collaborative environments and with distributed teams.
- Good interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting and discussing topics with different audiences.
- Openness to evolve ideas based on team contributions and discussions.
- Resilience and proactivity.
- Desirable: knowledge of the cooperative model and affinity with Sicredi's values.
