About the role

  • Create a strategic product vision.
  • Understand the Membership journey and contribute to simplifying member registration data.
  • Evolve onboarding to meet the needs of individual (PF) and corporate (PJ) members.
  • Evangelize within CAS, engaging teams from other areas.
  • Monitor product metrics and use them as a basis for backlog prioritization.
  • Understand user needs and generate solutions.
  • Build and communicate product strategy and translate it into the team’s backlog.
  • Monitor and make decisions based on CAS’s strategic objectives and the area’s tactical goals.
  • Liaise with Cooperatives to support new business and member relations.

  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to create differentiated and innovative products (preferably digital-first).
  • Analytical capability, strategic and creative thinking.
  • Ability to identify problems and make agile, well-founded decisions.
  • Proactivity and initiative.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with other teams and leadership.
  • Knowledge of Relationship Journeys across different channels is a plus.
  • Support the team, be available and provide them with autonomy.
