About the role
- Technical authority for enterprise AI solutions with end-to-end mastery of the solution lifecycle.
- Expertise in scalability, microservices architecture, and data engineering applied to AI.
- Leadership in strategic, high-impact projects with a focus on innovation and digital transformation.
- Ability to define technical guidelines, roadmaps, and AI strategies that are aligned with business objectives.
- Strong focus on security, data governance, and algorithmic responsibility.
- Influences organizational decisions, acting as a bridge between technology and executive stakeholders.
- Participation in applied research, development of internal frameworks, and acceleration of technical teams.
- Active contribution to the evolution of the organization’s AI culture, promoting training and knowledge sharing.
- Systemic vision and ability to anticipate technology trends to position the company competitively.
- Leads the development and integration of AI components (such as LLMs, agents, and predictive models) into corporate applications and systems.
- Influences architecture, technology, and solution roadmap decisions.
- Conducts technical diagnostics and assessments, identifying opportunities to improve and evolve existing solutions.
- Facilitates communication between business and technology areas, translating strategic needs into high-impact solutions.
- Represents the AI area in technical and strategic forums, promoting alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepares presentations and supporting materials for technical meetings and stakeholder alignment.
- Assists management with demand prioritization and scope management, contributing to on-time, high-quality deliveries.
- Shares knowledge of AI frameworks, APIs, and microservices.
- Leads discussions with DevOps, Engineering, and Security teams, ensuring solution scalability.
- Leads the exploration and application of cutting-edge technologies (LLMs, autonomous agents, generative AI), fostering continuous innovation.
- Represents the company at events, technical forums, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of machine learning techniques, natural language processing, generative AI, and other AI technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and other stakeholders, explaining the benefits and challenges of implementing AI solutions. Strong knowledge of regulations and laws related to data privacy and security, ensuring that implemented AI solutions comply with applicable standards.
