About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Leading intake meetings to define candidate profiles, advising stakeholders on sourcing strategies and recruitment approaches
  • Drafting and publishing job advertisements across relevant channels
  • Screening applications and proactively sourcing candidates through various platforms and tools
  • Conducting first-round interviews and coordinating subsequent interview stages
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant administration of recruitment processes and candidate tracking
  • Providing structured and timely feedback to candidates throughout the process
  • Acting as a trusted point of contact for Hiring Managers, candidates, and HR Business Partners on all recruitment-related matters
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment effectiveness and KPIs
  • Supporting the harmonization and strengthening of recruitment processes at a global level
  • Participating in recruitment initiatives for other SICPA entities worldwide
  • Contributing to tools optimization and process improvement projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or equivalent generalist background
  • Proven experience in recruitment within a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with SAP SuccessFactors or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Demonstrated sourcing expertise using online job boards and professional platforms, particularly LinkedIn
  • Experience leveraging diverse sourcing channels and direct search methodologies
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills
  • High level of accountability, attention to detail, and ability to follow through on commitments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple parallel recruitments and projects effectively
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken), Spanish is a plus
