About the role
- Contacting prospects via social media
- Outbound acquisition through video outreach
- Telephone outreach to potential new clients
- Conducting free initial consultations to assess needs
- Telephone follow-up with existing contacts in the system
- Planning, and the pre- and post-meeting preparation for our strategy consultant's appointments
Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience — preferably in SEO, web design, agency, or B2B environments
- Confident and persuasive presence
- Ability to establish processes and adapt them quickly when needed
- Self-discipline and quick comprehension
- Flawless written German (error-free written communication in German)
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for precision
- Responsible and a team player
- Ability to perform well under pressure
