About the role
- End-to-end responsibility for digital projects (websites and platforms)
- Task planning for teams (e.g., design, content, development)
- Close collaboration with clients, internal departments and external service providers
- Client support and consulting
- Creation of project plans and timetables
- Contribution to IT and organizational activities
- Active requirements and change management
- Definition of website standards and ongoing support
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a technical or university degree
- Practical experience as a developer or designer and familiarity with tools such as Figma, WordPress (WP) and optionally Webflow
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager on the agency side and in a team leadership role
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Prior knowledge in web design, SEO & online marketing is an advantage
- Very good German and, optionally, good English skills, both written and spoken
