Oversee throughput of IT projects and programs using portfolio, project, and organizational change management disciplines.
Establish, implement, develop, and control best practices for IT project management to keep the IT portfolio on target.
Define and document policies and processes of project lifecycles to deliver projects according to plan and within budget.
Create formal methodologies for defining project key performance metrics and allocating resources.
Implement new systems/products and processes to align with business requirements; communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage (define, plan, monitor, and control) project milestones, project plans, deliverables, resources, budgets and stakeholder relationships.
Identify and report risks and issues that might impact milestones, recommend resolutions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Provide consult/support to business for system delivery and coordinate with IT teams on change requests and defect resolution.
Manage project budget and resource allocation.
Facilitate definition of service levels and business requirements; interact regularly with business and senior management to improve delivery.
Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
Follow a defined, agreed-upon project management methodology.
Establish an agile integration project framework with communication plans, disciplined timelines, review processes, and risk management.
Analyze financial, operational, and customer experience KPIs and drive business integration accordingly.
Identify structural and process improvement opportunities and innovations enabled by integration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technical or analytical field; MBA is a plus
5+ years of experience in business strategy, project / program management roles; must have experience owning end-to-end implementation.
2-3 years managing a team of program/project managers
Experience working in fast paced, cross functional, visible roles with a focus on process execution, impeccable communication and organizational skills, and ability to work within deadlines and budgets
Track record of driving results and leading execution on cross-functional teams; you’re effective in running complex projects - everything from project plans, tracking, communication, etc.
Strong attention to detail; Digs into all of the minutiae and understands every aspect of the business;
Excellent written and verbal communicator
