About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and recruit creators whose personas, content, and audiences align with brand strategy, target segments, and campaign goals
- Translate campaign objectives and paid media strategies into creator recommendations for paid ad content
- Develop and roll out influencer briefs for product launches, seasonal pushes, tentpole activations, and partnership amplification
- Structure usage terms, including paid amplification windows, whitelisting/partnership ad permissions, cross-platform repurposing, exclusivity, and renewal triggers
- Ensure creator assets are cleared for the media plan before production
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee creator licensing and budget allocations
- Manage invoicing workflows with production and finance teams
- Surface creator and content trends and emerging platforms
- Integrate creator activations across paid, social, and creative channels
- Coordinate client feedback and approval rounds and ensure assets are trafficked, posted, and tracked accurately
- Report on creator campaigns with actionable insights for future creative, media, and UGC decisions
- Collaborate closely with Social, Growth, Creative, Paid Media, Client, production, and finance teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6+ years in creator marketing strategy, ideally within an advertising or creator-focused agency or integrated marketing brand environment
- Strong understanding of creator discovery tools, including Creator IQ
- Knowledge of performance metrics and contract negotiations
- Ability to build relationships with creators, agents, and managers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate marketing goals into creator briefs
- Fluency in creator usage rights and licensing structures, including organic versus paid usage, whitelisting/Spark Ads/Partnership Ads permissions, term lengths, exclusivity windows, and renewal negotiation
- Experience collaborating with brand and growth teams and linking UGC to media strategies and measurable outcomes
- Availability during East Coast business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Advertising or creator agency experience is ideal
- Health and wellness industry familiarity is a plus
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment
