About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive upsell: identify clients who would benefit from using more modules or features, and offer them the right deals at the right time.
- Ensure retention: stay in touch with existing clients, check that everything is running smoothly, spot risk signals and follow up when an issue arises (for example through NPS tracking).
- Manage partnerships: handle relationships with our current partners (cash register systems, HR tools, solutions that complement Shyfter), keep these collaborations alive and get the most value out of them for our clients.
- Find new partners: prospect, evaluate and onboard new strategic partners that strengthen the Shyfter ecosystem.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 2 years of experience in one of these worlds (SaaS is a plus, not a requirement).
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for building lasting, trust-based relationships, both with clients and partners.
- An analytical mind to track the right metrics (satisfaction, NPS, adoption, revenue) and act accordingly.
- Autonomy, team spirit and a healthy dose of adaptability, because things move fast here.
- You are bilingual French/Dutch, and English is mandatory (we speak a lot of English internally).
