About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 2 years of experience in Customer Success, client relations, or account management (SaaS experience is a plus but not required)
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build long-lasting relationships based on trust
- Ability to explain technical concepts simply to non-technical users
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly adaptable
- Fluent French (written and spoken) and a working level of English sufficient to follow and participate
