About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage a territory of health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and large provider organizations.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including CMOs, CNOs, CIOs, CFOs, and other healthcare leaders.
- Maintain an accurate and disciplined sales pipeline while consistently forecasting business opportunities.
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and implementation teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
- Represent the organization at executive meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback to support go-to-market strategies.
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships that drive continued business growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience within healthcare technology, digital health, clinical services, or a related healthcare solutions environment.
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas on complex enterprise opportunities.
- Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or large provider organizations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, including clinical workflows, care coordination, revenue cycle, or workforce management.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite clinical and operational executives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and the ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles.
