About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions within the Facets platform
  • Build and maintain interfaces across multiple business domains, including Claims, Membership (Beneficiaries), and Benefits
  • Develop, test, and deploy integrations using APIs, ETL processes, and other integration frameworks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performing root cause analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across integrated systems
  • Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to gather and translate integration requirements
  • Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
  • Maintain and document integration designs, workflows, and technical specifications
  • Support ongoing system enhancements and optimization efforts
  • Participate in migration and cutover activities related to the Facets implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in systems integration, interface development, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, including APIs, ETL, and data mapping
  • Experience with one or more programming or scripting languages (such as Java, Python, or .NET)
  • Experience working with enterprise systems and data flows
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
