About the role

  • Perform configuration and build within assigned athenaIDX modules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and test environments
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system changes, workflows, and configurations
  • Support optimization initiatives by providing subject matter expertise
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on athenaIDX experience
  • Experience with ERA enrollments, Missing ERA files and assist with Exchange optimization tickets
  • Experience with Athena EDI gateway for missing remittance
  • Experience entering Athena cases
  • Knowledge of Athena ERA exchanges and ERA file mapping to D198
  • Experience with ERA Multi-Payer exchange set up
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
