About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (focus), TikTok, X, and other social media platforms
  • Test and refine creatives, audiences, and placements through A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance
  • Track performance metrics and turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Partner with our affiliate marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall strategy
  • Stay on top of digital trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Solid experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, and more)
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization
  • Proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions
  • Clear and confident communicator: able to present insights and strategies to the team
  • Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Always curious and ready to test new ideas, tools, and approaches
  • Portfolio required (if available)
