About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (focus), TikTok, X, and other social media platforms
- Test and refine creatives, audiences, and placements through A/B testing to continually improve campaign performance
- Track performance metrics and turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with our affiliate marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall strategy
- Stay on top of digital trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Solid experience managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, and more)
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, attribution models, and funnel optimization
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions
- Clear and confident communicator: able to present insights and strategies to the team
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Always curious and ready to test new ideas, tools, and approaches
- Portfolio required (if available)
