- Own the MQL-to-SQL process by qualifying inbound and outbound leads through structured outreach.

- Conduct thorough lead research to personalize messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs with detailed context.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM records to support real-time performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to refine outreach strategies, ICP definitions, and messaging.
- Proactively test, analyze, and improve prospecting workflows and cadences.
