About the role

  • Conduct engaging one-on-one and group sessions on: Spoken English & fluency, Accent clarity & articulation, Client-facing communication, Public speaking & confidence building, Presentation skills & storytelling, Expressing technical ideas clearly and effectively, Professional presence & communication etiquette.
  • Host weekly workshops, practice labs, interactive sessions, and feedback cycles.
  • Develop structured learning paths for employees with varying levels of communication proficiency.
  • Create training materials, exercises, presentation templates, and speaking drills.
  • Provide detailed personalized feedback on tone, clarity, structure, and confidence.
  • Help employees prepare for client calls, presentations, internal demos, and leadership communication moments.
  • Work closely with the People team to identify communication gaps and tailor training accordingly.
  • Maintain progress reports and training dashboards.
  • Contribute to building a communication-focused learning culture across the company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an English Communication Trainer or in similar communication-focused training roles.
  • Corporate training experience is mandatory.
  • Strong command over spoken English, articulation, modulation, and communication structure.
  • Proven ability to train adult professionals in virtual environments.
  • Previous experience coaching on presentation skills, confidence building, and professional speaking.
  • Ability to create structured training content and run interactive sessions.
  • Empathetic, patient, and approachable training style that works well with diverse learners.
