About the role
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social platforms, and networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and culture-fit interviews
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring teams
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track progress in the ATS.
- Advise hiring managers on job requirements, market trends, and candidate profiles
- Support employer branding through outreach and events
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience hiring for technical roles (engineering, data, product).
- Strong understanding of tech stacks, roles, and hiring processes.
- Proficient with sourcing tools and ATS systems; strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
