About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of intelligent manufacturing projects
  • Implement and integrate MES, WMS, manufacturing automation systems, and other digital platforms
  • Evaluate technologies, design solution architectures, and make technical decisions
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and performance
  • Coordinate manufacturing sites, corporate functions, engineering teams, IT, and external suppliers
  • Establish standardized intelligent manufacturing frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices
  • Identify and manage technical, operational, and project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and operational excellence
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working
  • Support successful project implementation, mass production readiness, and standardized deployment across manufacturing operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of project/program management experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering environments
  • Proven experience leading intelligent manufacturing, automation, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and operational excellence principles
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and change management practices
  • Ability to work independently, lead complex initiatives, and drive results in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in a global business environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required to support project implementation and factory deployment
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred
