About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the planning, prioritization, and execution of intelligent manufacturing projects
Implement and integrate MES, WMS, manufacturing automation systems, and other digital platforms
Evaluate technologies, design solution architectures, and make technical decisions
Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and performance
Coordinate manufacturing sites, corporate functions, engineering teams, IT, and external suppliers
Establish standardized intelligent manufacturing frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices
Identify and manage technical, operational, and project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and operational excellence
Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies, systems, and ways of working
Support successful project implementation, mass production readiness, and standardized deployment across manufacturing operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline
8+ years of project/program management experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering environments
Proven experience leading intelligent manufacturing, automation, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing operations
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and operational excellence principles
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and change management practices
Ability to work independently, lead complex initiatives, and drive results in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in a global business environment
Willingness to travel internationally as required to support project implementation and factory deployment
PMP/PMI certification preferred
