About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Engage partners and develop high-impact pipeline opportunities
  • Collaborate with partner ecosystem to convert high-quality leads into pipeline opportunities
  • Execute sales enablement training programs and product launch presentations
  • Support partner sales teams as extended technical consultants
  • Identify 'sales-ready' prospects and responsible for cross-selling and up-selling during the tele-qualification process
  • Deliver prepared sales messaging for Shure products/solutions
  • Communicate growth opportunities with business leaders
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant professional field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales account professional
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products
  • Market experience in Music Industry, retail, broadcast, integration, and/or production
  • Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Detail-oriented, professional, ambitious, well-organized, and good time management skills
  • Knowledge of CRM-related applications and marketing automation applications
  • Must be located in the region.
  • Expect to average 50% travel.
  • Ability to stay current on Shure products, technology, marketplace, and their practical applications, as well as competitive products.
