About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports management of key national and regional accounts
  • Develops and executes a progressive business plan
  • Develops a detailed knowledge of dealer programs
  • Identifies areas of concern and success, and proposes action plans to improve performance
  • Works closely with the Regional Marketing and Market Development teams
  • Monitors territory profit margins
  • Develops and implements an effective schedule of sales meetings and collaborative efforts cross-functionally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional field
  • 0-2 years of experience as a sales account professional beyond entry level with a comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products
  • Market experience in Music Industry, retail, broadcast, integration, and/or production a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Knowledge of CRM-related applications and marketing automation applications.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more (includes local customer visits and regional/national travel)
