About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports management of key national and regional accounts
  • Develops and executes a progressive business plan
  • Develops a detailed knowledge of dealer programs
  • Identifies areas of concern and success, and proposes action plans
  • Works closely with the Regional Marketing and Market Development teams
  • Owns reporting, new item setup, administrative functions of account management
  • Monitors territory profit margins
  • Develops and implements an effective schedule of sales meetings, promotional and product planning, trade shows, clinics, business meetings and collaborative efforts cross-functionally

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant professional field
  • 0-2 years of experience as a sales account professional beyond entry level
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products
  • Market experience in Music Industry, retail, broadcast, integration, and/or production a plus
  • Demonstrates good judgment
  • Ability to build productive internal and external working relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments
  • Detail-oriented, professional, ambitious, well-organized, and good time management skills
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, self-starter who can work alone and collaboratively to achieve goals
  • Knowledge of CRM-related applications and marketing automation applications
  • Must be willing to be located in the region or at the location of Shure partner
  • Ability to travel 50% or more
  • Ability to stay current on Shure products, technology, marketplace, and their practical applications, as well as competitive products
