Lead Agile teams as Scrum Master within ARTs, managing projects from initiation through delivery
Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance within the Agile framework

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly
Leverage standard project documentation and suggest process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Agile Certification (SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master) preferred
Project Management certification (PMP) highly preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience managing IT projects across diverse domains (applications, infrastructure, enterprise solutions)
Expertise in comprehensive project planning, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a global environment
Experience managing agile, hybrid, and traditional waterfall projects
Strong financial and vendor management skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, Jira)
