About the role
- Design, implement, and support enterprise network solutions, including LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud-based architectures
- Deploy and manage Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, and Meraki technologies for secure and cloud-managed networking
- Oversee multiple network initiatives as a project manager, coordinating teams and ensuring effective delivery throughout all project phases
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network performance and security across global environments
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain documentation of network architecture and procedures
- Follow ITIL and ITSM best practices for service delivery, incident management, and change control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications highly preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering, including architecture, design, and operations
- Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or similar) and hybrid environments
- Experience collaborating with IT Security teams and implementing compliance-driven designs
- Deep expertise in Cisco networking (routers, switches, firewalls), including Cisco ISE, Cisco Umbrella, Meraki, and SD-WAN
- Proven experience with unified communications platforms (CUCM, VoIP, SIP)
- Strong understanding of network security principles, secure architecture, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and zero-trust frameworks
- Proficient in ITIL and ITSM frameworks for operational excellence
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux server administration, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise management systems (ERP/SAP preferred)
- Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible)
- Knowledge of cloud security and integration with SaaS platforms.
