Physical Therapist
Shriners Children'sPhysical Therapist providing evaluation and therapy services at Shriners Children's medical center. Join our specialized care team and make a difference in pediatric care for Hawaii's Keiki.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provides comprehensive, compliant, and safe clinical care demonstrating the philosophy of family centered care
- Works with the medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized plans of care
- Functions as a team member and develops leadership skills through mentoring and providing education to students and other professionals
- Supports ongoing development and improvement of the department through participation in special projects and performance improvement
- Responsible for professional growth and development through ongoing education and research
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed in state of practice required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification required
- PCS, OCS, NCS and CHT preferred
- 1 year physical therapy experience preferred
- New graduates considered
- Pediatric and/or Sports experience preferred
