About the role
- provides evaluation and therapy services including direct patient care
- implements systematic patient examination and evaluation upon referral
- collaborates with medical staff and multidisciplinary team to design individual care plans
- makes appropriate discharge plans

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Louisiana PT license
- 1 year physical therapy experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Sports experience preferred
