About the role
- Serve as the Common Configurator for Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Workday Financials (FDM), Supply Chain, Security, Integration and Core.
- Ongoing design, configuration, maintenance, and support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all Workday modules and 3rd party applications.
- Bridge HR, Finance, Supply Chain Operations, and IS to translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions.
- Focus on Supply Chain and provide backup support on the Financial module.
- Own configuration of Workday HCM across various modules including Payroll, Absence, Benefits, etc.
- Manage condition rules, validations, business processes, and security assignments for HR and Finance-related functionality.
- Provide support for all Workday service requests and incidents from Operations teams.
- Research, diagnose, and resolve Workday functional problems.
- Partner with HR, Finance and Supply Chain Operations to analyze process pain points and deliver Workday-enabled solutions.
- Train HR, Finance and Supply Chain users and managers on new or updated system functionality.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Workday Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2-5 years of experience with Workday configuring and supporting at least two modules (preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (preferred)
