About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Join Showpo’s Product team and support the ongoing growth of the in-house brand, which represents 70% of the mix
Support collections to achieve budget intake margin percentage, sampling DIFOT targets, and target NPS for quality
Build relationships with suppliers and manage monthly supplier meetings
Track and manage sample development deliveries to ensure on-time completion according to the Critical Path using WFX and Excel Pivot Tables
Negotiate selected cost prices to achieve budget margin percentages using fit notes and supplier history, and record them in WFX
Update and ensure each style’s attributions are correct in WFX
Ensure WFX (PLM) is kept up to date and tidy by GTs, PD, and Design
Help set RRPs with the PD / Design Manager to maintain balanced pricing architecture across categories
Prepare samples and cost prices for fits/buy meetings
Prepare the Line List from WFX for each buy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Able to work autonomously and be team oriented
Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
1+ years of experience in an administration role; fashion industry experience desired but not essential
Strong computer literacy
Fashion qualification is desirable
