Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of senior finance experience, including at least 4 years in a SaaS environment.
Prior appointment as Vice President of Finance, Senior Director of Finance, or Controller on a CFO track at a SaaS business with ARR between $10M and $50M.
Demonstrable, hands-on experience of at least one strategic transaction, including sell-side processes, recapitalisations, growth equity raises, or significant acquisitions.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, including SaaS revenue recognition and deferred revenue management.
Experience in regulated B2B software is desirable.
Prior direct involvement in the sale of a private company is highly advantageous.
A background in investment banking, transaction advisory, or private equity operations earlier in the career is a plus.
