About the role

  • Responsible for the Product Ops team and for optimizing the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Combination of strategic thinking and technical, hands-on expertise.
  • Lead and develop the team to foster a collaborative team culture.
  • Further develop Shopware's CI/CD pipeline and improve delivery processes using automation tools.
  • Responsible for release management and ensuring stable deployments.

  • Align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

  • More than eight years of relevant professional experience, including at least two years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD strategy, automation, and tooling — particularly with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD.
  • Hands-on experience with PHP.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud environments such as AWS.
  • Solid understanding of release management, version control, and deployment workflows.
  • Enjoy mentoring and developing team members.
  • Strategic mindset and a data-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative working style and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
